Terms of Service (TOS)

1. Service Overview

   I create Minecraft content (Animation, GIFs, Emojis, and so on) on a commission basis. All artwork is delivered in the format requested (e.g., .mp4, .gif, .png).

2. Will Do

   • Create Minecraft animation based on your request.
   • Provide a finished animation in PNG,GIF or MP4 format
   • Deliver the final product via download link or email attachment.

3. Won’t Do

   • Produce content that violates Minecraft’s Terms of Service or community guidelines.
   • Unreasonable deadlines or payment
   • Give commtioned work before pay
   • Requests violating ToS
   • Re‑run the animation for revisions after final delivery.

4. Payment & Refunds

   You can play in full, or do a 50 % deposit before any animation work begins. If you did the deposit the remaining balance is due upon delivery of the final files.

   No refunds will be issued once production has started, except where a full cancellation was agreed to prior to start, or I am unable to deliver the final files to you, then I will issued a refund for you

5. Copyright & Usage Rights

   I retain all copyright over every commission artwork. You receive a license for the purpose you specify in the order form. The default is an individual non‑commercial licence. If you wish to use the animation commercially (e.g., on your channel, streaming platform, or marketing materials), you must purchase the “Commercial Use Add‑on”.

   Commercial Use Add‑on: For an additional fee you may include the animation in monetised content such as YouTube videos or stream overlays.

   I [The artist] may display the commissioned works publicly, including on personal websites and social media, for promotional purposes, and can alter the work to reuse if needed

   The commercial Use Add‑on price is subjected to what you are asking for, the price of the Commercial Use Add‑on will be discussed when ordered, the price shown on the website is the expended price for most commotion, and not a fixed price.

6. Limitation of Liability

   I am not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the delivered animation. The client is responsible for all downstream usage and compliance with relevant laws.

7. Miscellaneous

   • The "Will Do" and "Won’t Do" list does not contend everything I will or not do, if you want to know If I will do something or not, you can ask me, if it not on the list it does not mean I will automate do it.
   • The terms may be updated from time to time; the latest version will always be available here.
   • Your continued use of my services after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.
   • This agreement is governed by the laws of the state/country in which I reside (Australia).

8. Acceptance

   By placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms of Service.
